The CARRS Data Management and Statistics Core is hosting a new Sleep-Circadian Health Analytics seminar series beginning in the Fall 2025. Speakers will present methods currently being applied in translational sleep-circadian science, as well as approaches from other fields that have relevance to translational sleep-circadian data. Three types of seminars will be included:
- Didactic seminars: Best statistical practices for analysis of sleep-circadian data. These seminars are meant to be accessible to all researchers conducing sleep-circadian science. Topics will include methods for multidimensional sleep health and analysis of longitudinal data with circadian trends.
- Research seminars: Cutting edge analytic approaches used to answer timely research questions related to translational sleep-circadian health data, including mRNA seq, machine learning and clustering.
- Research in progress: Trainees can request to discuss their research in progress – and their methodological questions – with the CARRS Data Management and Statistics Core faculty and staff.
Frequency: Monthly on Thursdays at 1 pm
Length: 60 min.
