This research study is examining how sleep difficulties affect the brain and daytime function. We are recruiting adults who:
• Are age 65 to 80
• Have difficulty staying asleep at night
• Are not being treated for sleep apnea
• Are not taking psychiatric medications
The study involves 2 daytime and 2 overnight visits. One daytime visit will include a PiB PET/CT scan. Each overnight visit will include paper and computer cognitive tasks, blood draws, and a 45-minute MRI scan.
