Why don’t we sleep enough?
Sleep deprivation is considered by many the most prevalent health risk behavior in modern societies. Yet, we know very little about why people may sleep less than the recommended amount of hours. This presentation aims at investigating the mechanisms affecting sleep choice and exploring whether commitment devices and monetary incentives can be used to
promote healthier sleep habits.
