Sleep in Retirement (SIR) Study
Sleep, Circadian Rhythms & Cardiometabolic Risk in Retired Shift Workers (R01 AG047139)
This research study aims to understand the sleep and health effects associated with working at night.
We are recruiting older adults who:
- are at least 60 years old,
- are retired,
- and are in relatively good physical and emotional health
This study is open to recruitment.
